"Clean modern property and room. Welcoming and efficient front desk staff. Room on 3rd floor spotless, comfortable, and quiet (as requested). Valet parking in on-site garage was run by a different company ($35 per 24 hours) but was personable and convenient. We did not use the onsite amenities other than lobby coffee, but the location, though a bit industrial/urban, felt safe and is in walking distance of several good places to eat and was convenient to our route to travel to Aqueduct closing...

"We stayed at this property for one night to catch an early flight from LGA the next morning. The location is close enough from the subway (Main St-Flushing) to walk, even with heavy luggage. This was my mom's first trip to NYC so she enjoyed seeing many boroughs, and this one was an added bonus. The room was tidy, clean and as expected. it is also in close walking distance to many Asian restaurants, Macy's and Target. The only downside was we left the property at 6:30 and were not able to eat...

"The room was not clean. The shower was dirty, the sink was clogged, and there were blood stains on the bed sheets. There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. I called the front desk, but they told me they were out of stock. This property does not meet the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay."

"Nos dieron una habitación en el sótano junto a la recepción que al momento que llegan huéspedes se escucha todo mucho ruido, luego las tarjetas de entrada siempre fallaban y el de la recepción me dijo que tenía que intentar una y otra vez hasta que abriese la cerradura la habitación nos hicieron la limpieza un solo día y me hospedé por 4 noches no nos brindaron toallas ni nada en tanto al internet muy malo nose si era por que estaba en el sótano o nose pero no tenía señal la TV solo tenía...

"Great location near restaurants and close to a subway station. Easy to get to Manhattan on the subway. Also close to LGA airport. Way cheaper than staying in Manhattan. Definitely recommend."
