"Large room and bathroom with comfortable King bed. Dual head shower with good pressure. Nice coffee/tea service. Free continental breakfast with great coffee machine. Staff nice. Location in Liverpool One so no taxi can get to hotel - you need to walk a couple of blocks. Quiet area at night. "

"Hotel was lovely, staff friendly, and kept very clean. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The spa pool was ok, but could do with being free for guests ( £15 each per hour). The room was generously proportioned and we'd definitely stay there again"

"Excellent stay. Room was great but photos does not do it justice. Room is better I'm person. Staff are excellent. Allowed us to check in slightly early, left out bags there all day after checkout. On collection of bags we were greeted with complementary wine, procescco, cola and crisps. Excellently located. I have no reason not to visit this hotel again. "
