The hotel was great and super close to everything, I have an invisible disability and was super pleased at how inclusive it is but what really made it was the staff. They were helpful, happy and did everything they could to help (and that includes the lovely girls at the Spa) if we come back to Liverpool, we know where we’re staying.

Really clean rooms although not automatically serviced/cleaned every day. Great staff and restaurant. A few toiletries would have been nice but did not spoil the stay. Most of all, they had great air conditioning.

The hotel staff was amazing but the WiFi was really terrible. I stayed at this hotel twice this month. WiFi was terrible. The windows do not open and the AC does not cool the rooms. The staff brought a fan but it was cooler outside than inside the hotel. The rooms are nice, television service adequate and the location is fantastic. But the AC and WiFi are terrible. Be sure before you book if either are important to your stay.
