"Great location, close to a lot of attractions, restaurants and shopping. Staff was great throughout our whole stay, and the facility was clean. Room and bathroom were clean with plenty of supplies, they even provided wipes and sanitizer in room. Office provided fresh fruit, muffins, snacks, water and coffee throughout the day. "The room was clean and pre-cooled for when we arrived. The pool and the surrounding courtyard and walkways were clean and maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, I was praying for a waffle maker and indeed it was a fantastic waffley breakfast. "I booked this month's in advance. We arrived at 6:00pm and they had canceled our reservation because they'd tried to run the card i had used to reserve the room and it had expired in the months since I'd booked. They didn't call or anything. I've used Expedia for years and I've never had a hotel so this. I had booked a room with a king bed. They rebooted me, after we arrived, with a room with 2 doubles. I think they had just wanted to give away our reserved king room. Very poor staffing."

"Our initial room had to be switched, because it smelled wet and musky. The second room that we were placed in smelled better; however the iron was not working, the bathroom trashcan was completely cracked along one side; there was a water drain in middle of the bathroom floor that was not leveled causing your foot to slightly go down if you mistakenly walked on it.
