"Property is gorgeous and I was drawn to it being part of the old castle. But it is up on the Alana hill and not all taxi or Uber drivers will take you all the way to hotel. Book airport shuttle service through the hotel if possible. There are also peacocks around the hotel that are very loud and act like a roaster waking you up early in the morning. Staff was great. Very attentive and helpful "

"This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable and utilised the Boutique atmosphere. There was a very cosy feel to it and the satff service was impeccable! Breakfst was great and the area was close to amenities and walkable to other areas. Bus service, if necessary, was just out front. Highly recoomended place to stay in Lisbon."

The place is ideal considering it has multiple restaurants nearby (the property itself has a restaurant), Placa de Rossio is right around the corner, and a metro station is only a few min walking. Would stay here again. "
