"The propert was overall great the showers are way to small an I had some injuries in the shower. An don’t take the advice of the hotel to use their taxis it’s way to expensive and an Uber would take you to the back of the hotel with ease and it’s just as easy access as the front of the hotel "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Martinhal in Chiado. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and the accommodation was excellent - very clean, spacious, quiet and great that the bunk beds were in the living space as opposed to the main bedroom. The breakfast was good - not as comprehensive as other hotels I've been too - but enough choice to ensure that everyone was well fed before heading out for a day tackling Lisbon's hills. We were told we would receive an email 24 hours before our stay with details of how to check in. But we had to chase this information all through the travel day and eventually ring them in Portugal to make sure we actually had the apartment. This bit needs to be improved."
