"Everything about the Victorian Inn was great: the location is just 2 short walkable blocks away from Cannery Row, the room was spacious and clean with a beautiful fireplace, and the service was courteous and fast. I especially loved the egg white and sausage breakfast in the morning with fresh fruits and yogurt.too. Waffles are also available. Parking is very close by, just outside the office and rooms. Thanks for such a memorable stay. "

"I read reviews on this property, and we were hopeful that it would be a great experience. The room was clean enough; however, the furniture was pretty dated and worn, floors had several obvious flaws, along with shoddy patch jobs on some wall issues; the overall appearance seemed a bit run-down and mediocre, especially for the cost of the room. Beds seem very old and kind of broken down, which is a major negative for me. The area is quiet enough. I don't think we would stay here again, I'm sorry to say. A very mediocre experience for us, and we would not recommend the property to others, based on our stay."
