"Everything was great, staff were friendly and helpful, room was spotless and a great size. Loved the view of the Dom from our room, and the free waters in the mini fridge were a very welcome extra on a surprisingly mild November trip. All topped off with a great breakfast. "Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Laufnähe zum HBF Köln. Perfekt für Shopping in der Kölner Innenstadt. Freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal. Koffer konnte am Folgetag im Hotel deponiert werden und später dann abgeholt werden."

The staff was very nice, patient, and friendly. My German is not good but they no issue answering my questions. The area is central so I could walk almost everywhere I needed to go."

"L’accueil du personnel a été excellent. J’avais lu de mauvais commentaires sur le petit déjeuner, mais j’ai été agréablement surpris : il était très bon ! L’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur, donc il faut monter les marches si on loge aux étages supérieurs, mais ce n’est pas un vrai inconvénient quand on le sait à l’avance. L’endroit est très propre et bien entretenu. Globalement, très satisfait de mon séjour."
