"I had a small room issue with a screaming baby in the room next to me. Front end staff, a younger male, very quickly addressed the situation, insisted that they help me move my belongings and gave me a room with a much nicer view. This team member deserves to be recognized for understanding customer service! He truly made me feel like my happiness was important, something very lost in business today. Beyond that the hotel is quite nice, quiet, and I will definitely stay here again."

"The room was a little older but we loved all the space. Everything was in good condition. Huge condo with plenty of space for everyone. This condo had 4 beds up in the loft. Then 2 queens in one bedroom and a king in the 2nd bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We were slightly concerned about the shared bathroom room, but the shared bathrooms were always clean. We never had to wait to use the restroom or a shower room. Very easy. Very quiet. We loved it!"

"Great hotel, great staff, hotel is located right in the center of Mammoth so makes it easy to walk to restaurants/ bars and stores. You can actually walk down the hotel and rent bikes. Easy access to trolley to get a ride to the upper lakes."
