Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Root was very noisy with thin walls and screaming sound of water pipes which made the ear plugs placed on the bed useful. Besides. That great location and comfy bed.
This place has a great variety of lodging options for groups of all sizes (or a single person). Well appointed, and super conveniently located. Pet friendly with a very reasonable daily pet fee.
The Cinnamon Bear Inn has easily become my go to favorite in Mammoth.
The location off the main road kept the traffic noise low, but was still close to many businesses and restaurants that we could visit by walking. The breakfast was freshly cooked, warm, and offered a couple of my favorite breakfast foods--pancakes and potatoes, perfect to fill up for a ski day.
Yes the breakfast was very fresh, it was freshly made in the morning. Mountain view was very beautiful and so much snow. The small kitchen was perfect for my family of 4 very spacious and they provided plates, cups and utensils as well as a small portable stove.
Nice staff clean room for the most part. Would stay here again. Conveniently located near redline bus stop for easy mountain access via the free bus service. Terrible internet and impossible television streaming due to bad internet.
Clean, warm, comfortable pillow and bedding, functional and cute fridge. Breakfast was good too. Laundromat right across the street that takes credit cards is a big bonus.
Staff is friendly and helpful, continental breakfast is okay, room is clean, cellphone connection is bad, WiFi is not stable with internetconnection.

Liked: Staff & service
It was just okay this time around. Our outdoor closet didn’t unlock, so had too much snowboard gear crammed in the room. Rooms didn’t get cleaned. Liked the location and the main room to hang where breakfast was served.
The inn is conveniently located with easy parking, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from the property are quite nice and add to the overall experience.
One area that could be improved is the room condition. There was a noticeable odor, possibly from previous pet stays, which made the room less comfortable than expected.
Overall, it was an acceptable stay with good location, service, and views, and with some improvement to room freshness, it could be even better.
Family run establishment. Super friendly and helpful with everything related to my trip. Would stay here again.

Disliked: Amenities
Room was nice and clean but a little small for 4 adults. Was taking a hot shower after long day skiing and in middle of shower water turned cold several times. Did not like that I had to go out in cold to get tea or coffee from office. No coffee or tea in room.
