Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. It was a Motel 6, not the Ritz Carlton. For the price, cleanliness, and the location it was excellent. If you want to save money at a decent, low cost hotel, this is the place to do it at.

The front desk staff was excellent! Very helpful on getting me into a perfect room for my needs. My dog and I had a great stay in mammoth. The bottom floor with an area of roomy parking and an area to walk him was superb. Thank you!

The staff is very good and eager to make it a good experience. Due to the horrendous price level in Mammoth Lakes, this hotel is a great option - even at $200/night on a weekend day.

Always stay here a night or two after camping for hot shower and a good night’s sleep before heading home. Rooms have always been clean. I appreciate the dog friendliness of all Motel 6! Only minor gripe would be this last time the front desk employee seemed very annoyed to have to do their job during check in.

It's a Motel 6. You know what you are getting. The people that work here are nice. The bare bones room doesn't have a coffee maker or frig. For about $10 more you get both. Coffee in the main office. Restaurants across the street, walking distance.
