"What a disappointment! We arrived at our room after checking in to find the door was open and being held open by a dirty towel and pillow case. We went down to reception; the receptionist came up took a photograph, apologised and said that the room was actually ready. She removed the towel! The room appeared clean, but the shower screen had black mould at the bottom, no attempt had been made to clean it. The room and bathroom were cold, the heating had been turned off.
