"The owner was very helpful, and met us at the property, even though we were early. He responded well when we messaged him. The room was nothing fancy, but good value for the money. The main issue we had was location. It was right across the street from a bar, and since our room was right beside the street, it was a bit noisy outside and in as well, till things calmed down."

"Clean, quiet guest house in a convenient location. About a 30 minute walk to downtown Royal Mile or there are city buses that stop right across the street. Close to sights and downtown without the noise and busyness. We had a room at the back of the property with a lovely view. Restaurants and cafes nearby. "
