"This apartment is just lovely! From the communications pre and during the visit, everything was covered. The apartment is spotless, spacious and so so comfortable. It was in an excellent location which felt secure and safe as I was initially travelling solo to be joined later in my stay. The welcome was warm and friendly with recommendations and a guide to appliances in the flat as well as a lovely little welcome package of water, teas, coffees and other treats, milk in the fridge too. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! "Room was great. Only disappointments were around the food. The Suchi restaurant do not detail the quantity of carbohydrates in each piece. I therefore spent the majority of the evening administering additional insulin, to try to bring my blood sugars down. The breakfast was basic, and lacked the beverages being hot enough. "

Could not order room service after 9pm even though they advertised 24 hour. Front desk answer every call and transferred to other departments."

"The staff was very friendly. The elevators and room amenities give the feel of being outdated. It says it’s nearby stuff but if you’re walking I don’t recommend. It’s right by the subway (tube) stop so that was convenient. They have free tea and water in the lobby which was nice. "
