"Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!"

"We had an awesome stay at park plaza Waterloo. Close to most of the attraction. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good as well. "

"Great experience!! After a hard time getting to the property from the Airport, we were greeted right away and checkin was seamless. Self check in with a little assistance, we were straight to the room. Hotel room (1009) had a great view of the train yard and we could only hear trains when the window was open or if the TV was off. We only stayed a night, but we seen the room attendants scrubbing the walls as we passed by another room getting cleaned, thought it was a special case, but after breakfast seen the same in a different room. After our stay, they held our bags all day so we could explore giving us peace of mind. "

"Nice clean room close to the us embassy - the purpose of our visit. Nothing to dislike and both receptionists we saw were extra friendly and helpful delaying our check in in case we needed longer. Didn’t have any food so no comment on that but everything was great."

"The hotel is excellent. It has a very good, friendly staff and new technology rooms. Its location is perfect as is close to the main attractions and safe to walk alone at night but if you don't like to go on foot you can take the tube just crossing the street. "

"This a return visit for us. The London Marriott County Hall is a refuge in a busy city and is a joy each time we visit. Be aware that you will not receive membership points when you book outside of Marriott. It would be great if Hotels.com could come to an agreement with Marriott. "
