"My intention is to give a fair review so that other travellers can benefit from it. This PC hotel is very dated and in need for modernisation. There is a new wing and an old wing, you’ll be offered upgrade to delux rooms into old wing even if you booked standard rooms in the new wing. It’s not actually an upgrade because of the condition of these rooms. Fawad on the check-in desk was not honest and spoke rudely when explaining the options for upgrade. "The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone was so thoughtful and kind. They also allowed me to do an early check in since I'd arrived on a 5 am flight. The food in the breakfast area was amazing. Special shout-outs to all the staff at this property. They're really ramping up the Pakistani hospitality standard. Would definitely stay again. "The breakfast was same each day and shower glass door is safety issue very tight to get in and out of shower . my bedsheets or towels wasn't changed in two weeks l stayed. No WiFi in bedroom which l told staff at desk on many occasions but nothing was done to solve the WiFi. Positive was size of room was good. No hair dryer few days is ok to stay at hotel but the shower door needs urgent changed before someone gets Hurt badly. "
