"I had the best experience at the Art’otel in Hoxton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel seamless and special. A huge thank you to Bruna and Shaun, who were incredibly helpful and attentive across both days of our stay — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Before we even arrived, Daniel was brilliant over the phone. He handled our initial enquiry with such care and attention, answering all our questions. "Great location so close to Victoria station. Well attended too and friendly staff. Bit of a walk if in the wing rooms but extra large rooms and very comfortable. Bathroom's are small considering room size and care is needed when getting in for a shower , removal of the bath for a walk in shower would be so much better. Overall no complaints and will be back."
