"We did enjoy our stay at the Jolly Sailor, the view was excellent and it was convenient for the Quay etc and only a short walk up to the high street for other Restaurants, although the food at the J.S was very good. The downside was the ensuite, which was very small and basic and the toilet seat was broken and the toilet seemed to be at an angle!! would i recommend?? yes I think so, just for the views, food and very pleasant staff😀"

"You're above a pub, but right in the city centre, for real cheap. It's highly convenient, clean bathrooms and bedding, but be warned, it's above a pub. Its a bit noisy until late, but that's expected. Can't complain really. We left some headphones and keys behind but they were very kind to ship them back for us! "This is a house on a residential street offering rooms for rent. I arrived at the property and called the number on the front door. The respondent was not very customer friendly and had me waiting around for 3 hours. I was finally given a key but no code to lock the room until I called again the next day. The property itself is pretty run down, has very thin walls, has a lingering smell of food in the air and has no daily cleaning service. I would only recommend if you desperately need a room...

"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. "Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "
