"I had a great stay. The stuff was very friendly and nice and helpful. The hotel was small but very cute and comfortable. Although it’s not the center the area and location was good and easy to access by trams metro and walking (20 min to old city and belcour place) . The only minor issue was that I tried contacting the hotel before my arrival several times and didn’t got a replay. Other then that it was perfect "
