"Arriving by car is very difficult. It is hard to find and there are no indicators."
"I was very pleased with the extra care I received from the staff at the reception. From usual daily and night staff, their help was beyond their duty. The manager was also very helpful. Their customer service was beyond the remit of their duty. "
"Service was great. Loris and Salem made our stay memorable. This property has an amazed location in Lyon. Just the fact to be very close to the train, tram and metro station saves anyone time. Also, this property offers an amazing breakfast. We had a great time. The only thing that we even know with advance was that the property lacks of A/C which it is an inconvenient during heatwave in summer. Thankfully, it will be probably added in 2026."
