"Wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests. Good restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel has a good location near city center and old Lyon. The hotel is quiet although there is a lot of activity nearby. We stayed last year and had a great room. This year, while we booked the same class of room, it didn’t seem like the same. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

We asked the chef to prepare omelettes and they were cooked to absolute perfection. The hotel also houses the Bocuse Institute restaurant, staffed by students in both the front and back of house. The room is adequately air conditioned. Areaa for improvement: the towels need upgrading. Some mold in the bathroom. Would I stay here again? Sure. But I would bring my own towel next time.
