"Wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests. Good restaurant recommendations and reservations. The hotel has a good location near city center and old Lyon. The hotel is quiet although there is a lot of activity nearby. We stayed last year and had a great room. This year, while we booked the same class of room, it didn’t seem like the same. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The property was close to restaurants, shopping and the town. It was a busy road outside but you wouldn’t know that once inside. The breakfast was very tasty, great coffee and a good choice of breakfast items. The hotel was very stylish, I felt I had stepped back in time but with a modern twist. Great nights sleep. Parking was tight but manageable and very safe. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

The room is adequately air conditioned. Areaa for improvement: the towels need upgrading. Some mold in the bathroom. Would I stay here again? Sure. But I would bring my own towel next time.
