"Faded rose. The property shows wear on every surface. We had the largest suite whixh was huge. The bedding and linens were excellent. Every surface was scratched.nthe carpets were worn and the bathroom(s) tiles were outmoded and cracked. The tvs were small with no connectivity. The spa was underwhelming with a decent steam room and a walking shower that was not impressive. Gym was decent. Did not try the restaurant but no way does this currently deserve the 5 starsnit got decades ago. Staff was...

"Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"
