"Very nice staff and hotel facilities"

"Liked the property generally. The staff was very nice, made good recommendations. The air conditioning was not working well, which made it uncomfortable in the room. Also, there were a minimum of electrical outlets, which made it somewhat difficult to keep things charged. Finally, The shower design was poor."

" The hotel staff were very friendly and were kind enough to speak to us in English. They even offered us options for a bath or a shower and view of the city. If you ever consider paying extra for the breakfast- do it. We were recommended the hotel for it's comfort and breakfast and it was worth it. Do try the egg station they are so so good. The staff were ever so friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable and you can even check out leave your luggage safely at the hotel...

"Great ski valet and ski in ski out property. Nice bar area. Rooms are comfortable but bathrooms need to be redone, hot water can take a while! "

"Love the location of the hotel- right at the expressway exit if you're driving into Lyon and convenient local tram connections to city centre. Quiet and tranquil with a huge park and by the Rhone nearby. The property is very dated and seen better days. We were on the 6th floor and it smelled musky with a hint of sewage. Check in and check out staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"We stayed a week during December 2021. We have been welcome with a bottle of white wine, which was a nice gesture from Michel. The flat is fully furnished with everything you need; the bedrooms are spacious (quite uncommon for flats in the Alps); lots of storage. We had a ski storage area which was useful. The free shuttle bus is just a couple of minutes from the flat. Only suggestion is to provide bed linen and towels for free :)"
