L'acceuil de nuit ! Il est précisé que l'accueil était ouvert 24h/24h ... Nous avons du sonner et tambouriner à la porte pendant 20 minutes pour que quelqu'un arrive et de mauvaise humeur ! TRES MAUVAIS accueil : Il m'a reproché d'avoir incisté en boucle sur la sonnette... Si je n'avais pas incisté, la nuit nous aurait été facturée et nous aurions dormi dans la voiture (car jamais la personne ne serait sorti de son lit pour nous acceuillir). N'indiquez pas "Reception ouverte 24h/24h, si votre gars tape le roupilllion la nuit..."
