"Everything was very clean! The owners thought of everything. The rooms were very comfortable. Parking on site was great. We were offered breakfast for a small fee and it was very good. There are even espresso machines in the rooms! The owners are very lovely. I would definitely stay here again. Easy to drive into town."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Altogether the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The garden was very pleasant and the view from the garden over the gorge was spectacular. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 nights and we enjoyed it very much."

"Lovely property. You need a car if going to old Matera. Grocery store close by. Pretty grounds and great pool (although like most Italian pools, not heated.) we found easy parking lots near the historic area so it is ok. The photos are deceiving because the spa whirlpool tub is not included - you have to pay 100 euro per couple to use those amenities. That should be made clear in the listing or they shouldn't show the photos. " Cave" hotel room is fun but only a window at door and in bathroom....

"Property is in a great location, a short walk from Matera. It is very modern, clean and provides great amenities. The room was spacious and I was lucky enough to have a little terrace outside my room. The staff member on reception was very friendly and helpful! They apparently have a car park round the park but I managed to find some free on street parking (white marked spaces on the main road just before you turn in to Via Gagarin). If I ever come back to Matera I will stay here again!"

Staff are courteous and friendly and helpful in places to go and visit as well as restaurant recommendations and reservations. The bed is very comfortable with luxurious linens.
