The staff at reception were very helpful and efficient. Breakfat not too bad with a reasonable choice of foods. The free water on arrival is a nice touch. The rooms are spacous enough with generous storage.

A good spot from which to explore historic Matera

This was a very modern hotel about 20 min walk from the old historic center. It was close to the Villa Longo train station which made it easier to arrive! Lovely breakfast in the morning!

The property is not properly finished. Although the staff were very helpful & bedrooms were good, it wasn't within walking distance of any restaurants as the surrounding area is undeveloped. However, there were buses into the centre about 7 or 8 minutes walk.

This is a basic tourist property, breakfast adequate but not outstanding, lady on reception brilliant but the men rather ordinary, location ok, rooms need a good refurbish and TV needs some English stations and smart tv access. Parking handy.

We're on a family trip through southern Italy and have visited several cities, including Matera. A beautiful city, steeped in history. In that context, choosing the Hotel Nazionale was a great decision. Close to the historic center, easily accessible, a modern hotel, and very well maintained.

部屋の冷蔵庫に水のペットボトル、湯沸かしポットの所には大きな水のペットボトルがあり、無料でした。駐車場は、敷地内は€20、路上は無料。水まわりの設備も使いやすかったです。朝食では、マテーラ地方の伝統的なパンもいただけました。市街地までは徒歩で20分ほど、適度に離れて静かなエリアでした。

Nous avons passé une nuit agréable dans cet hôtel, avec petit déjeuner de qualité, très bien’placé pour visiter Matera (sans entrer dans la ZTL et avec parking gratuit dans les rue autour). Accès centre ville en à peine un quart d’heure à pied.

Pour un hôtel 4* il faut payer en plus le parking. Impossible de manger le soir au restaurant parce qu’il y avait un groupe!! Nous sommes également client donc il devrait garder des places pour les autres. Petit déjeuner idem, on nous a demandé d aller manger au bar pour laisser toute la salle au groupe alors qu’il était 7h30 du matin et qu’il n’y avait personne dedans. J estime avoir payé comme tout le monde et avoir le droit au même accès. Couloir moquette tachée, Salle de bain et chambre dans son jus
