"Excellent high quality hotel with great spa and breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the front desk. They were overwhelmed, unprofessional and disorganized. They were understaffed and the desk area was too small for a hotel of this size."

"We stayed here prior to going on the Viking Homelands cruise. The flybussen (airport bus) dropped us right outside. The included breakfast was excellent as was the light dinner of soup, salad and main dish. The location is perfect being right next to Bryggen and an easy walk to the fish market, the funicular and 18 minutes to the train station and a short walk to the cruise terminal. The stairwell was acting as a speaker for the laundry Breakfast good as was the light evening meal.
