"The hotel is vintage in age, design and decor - so different from "seen one, seen them all" modern facilities. Location is close to town but feels rural and a bit rustic - just what we look for in lodgings while on holiday. Staff went out of their way to be helpful (calling for taxis and food delivery when our phones wouldn't operate) and making suggestions for day trips in the area. They treated us like family! The entire place is bigger than it seemed from the photos, and the location in the mountains is very serene. It's a short drive to Dokka, which we found to be a lovely place as well, with a really nice community feeling. We had an amazing stay, and I highly recommend it. "
