"The staff were all fantastic and breakfast was great. The listing states that it has laundry services, but then when I emailed asking for details I was informed that were no laundry services. Not a deal breaker, but it would be nice if this is reflected in the ad. "

There was a machine to give orange juice and milk, but it was out of orange juice. "Though the room was fairly small, our expectations were exceeded. The staff was exceptional. The food in the restaurant was excellent and it was the lowest price that we saw in Norway. Thoroughly enjoyable. Not 5 stars but more than we expected. "

However, to get back to Trondheim there is a small boat that picks up passengers every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from a pier close to the property which costs only 250 NOK per person."

Given the timescales involved none of this rings true and I’m furious that I had to book alternative accommodation at short notice and extra cost.
