"When I arrived back at the hotel the door was locked and no staff were to be seen. I waited for 45 minutes until someone came and opened the front door to the building. No code was given to access the building during night hours. When I informed front desk they were unsympathetic and said we should have only waited 10 minutes. Ridiculous to pay for a hotel and be unable to come and go as you please."

"Comfortable room. Great common spaces. Great breakfast. Private Bathroom was not great, bit dirty and awkward shower set up. Nice big shared kitchen. Laundry on site."
