"This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. I enjoy the decor, the convenience, the onsite restaurants, and the room size. This time I was not so happy. We had a room on the top floor (2215). Light flooded in the bathroom window and into the bedroom. The heat system sounded like a freight train. The bathroom has a frosted glass door which is not private enough. The king size bed was comfortable but the pillows were too large and marshmallow-like. The staff at the main desk weren’t happy or welcoming. After 3 previously satisfying stays, this one was good but not great enough to stay again. Something has changed. Management?"
