"Absolutely loved our stay at EcoScapes. The staff were welcoming and friendly, food in the cafe was delicious and the surroundings are stunning. Highly recommend!"

"Views from"

"The property is brand new and well maintained, with a little of smell of fresh house. The view is truly impressive— we were even able to see a rainbow from the window, which was a lovely surprise. However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow during our stay, which may be inconvenient for guests who need stable internet access. In addition, I would strongly recommend booking dinner in advance or bringing sufficient food supplies. When we arrived at 1:30, the restaurant was already fully booked,...

"Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience. Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point."

"Very quiet location close to Queenstown central . Room was serviced to a high standard , restaurant staff lovely . Breakfast is expensive but had on last day and was not disappointed. Only downside encountered was it was park where you like so if you weren’t in car park late afternoon early evening often no parks left in complex . We stayed in a 2 bed room, good size , large shower space but bathroom on the small side. Overall great stay and would recommend."

"The property needs some TLC, adequate is the best word to describe it. Our room had the most amazing view. It’s a 25 minute walk into the main centre and it’s up a hill on the way back. There is a bus that runs every 10/15 mins to the centre for those who don’t feel like the walk. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. We loved where the hotel was and the staff were brilliant."

"This property is well situated, clean and friendly staff. The rooms are average but comfortable, clean and warm."

"Lovely room with view of lake and mountain Restaurant staff very friendly Good breakfast selection"

"Great position and very walkable into and back from town centre."

"Close to town, clean and tidy small room at just 15 sm. Sliding door to the toilet was below expectation in addition to glass separating the shower and toilet from the bedroom."

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. First thing u need to know is the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a single bed. This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision. The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is...

"Perfect place. Great location. Staff and bar were fantastic."

"All the lovely small touches really set the QT apart from other hotels. Very helpful and attentive staff who make sure your stay is fantastic. Great location in Queenstown too. Would highly recommend the QT as a upmarket and unique place to stay!"

"Great hotel with nice staff"

"Like other motels we've stayed at, Bella Visa Queenstown is clean and well-equipped with a full kitchen, including cups, plates, and utensils. While it is not in the central commercial area, a 10-minute walk takes you to streets lined with restaurants and shops. We checked in late and left early, so we didn't have a chance to interact with the staff."

"Great position and easy walk into town, Room was clean and we had a great view of the lake, parking is definitely an issue and with very limited parking at the accommodation you don't have a lot of options so it's pot luck at finding somewhere to park, book parking at accommodation early."
