Every detail was perfect, from the coffee in the lobby in REAL ceramic mugs, friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, quick walk to a fantastic restaurant, gift shop and market at Cedar Grove! I cannot say enough. Highly recommend. Anyone with anything negative to say about the lodge should go stay at a fancy hotel in civilization…you just don’t get it IYKYK"

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.my only complaint is they dont offer a eaay to ready hiking map.they only offer a driving map and a smaller map of 3-4 smaller trails.but they offer a free bus service to and from several popular attractions close by!
