Check in was difficult even though they have terminals that are supposed to be faster because staff not trained. Service in restaurant was non existent. Strange bed frame setup that kept me hitting the base with my toes! Only provided 1 bath towel, 1 medium towel, soap dispenser did not work properly. And hotel shuttle service didn't follow written schedule. All in all an average...

"The rooms are very small for 2 people. The lighting is ridiculous. You can’t turn the bathroom light on full unless you turn the whole room on, just a night light. If someone wants to take a shower while their partner is sleeping you have to turn all the lights on. No kettle or amenities in the room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Properly very cleans. We had a heatwave and the maintenance person found us a fan since the air conditioning was not sufficient. Very good location for visiting...

"Excellent location for accessing trains (5 min walk to Waterloo, 10 minute walk across bridge to Westminster) or walking to see many sights and dining. Restaurant provides an excellent breakfast to start your day if you choose the option either at pre-booking or on-site (£14 for full hot breakfast on site).
