"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hostel is in a good location, and the staff is awesome! There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. We had issues with our shower clogging up and our room flooded during a heavy rain. The area is definitely pretty loud, so beware if you’re a light sleeper. In the end it was a good value for the price, and I’d consider it for a future stay."

"NOT AS ADVERTISED. I arrived and was told I couldn't check in despite calling ahead that I would be a bit late. When I was finally given a bed the room was dirty, the bathroom moldy, and the sheets had a very strong smell that made me itchy. "This was our second time staying, and it was even better than our first’ stayed in family section last time, adult section this time, and we had amazing times. Food is good (adults only restaurant is awesome!) love the a la carte restaurants, buffet is good, also so many activities like Mayan ruins, cenote, and river swimming. We definitely think this is worth the price!"
