"This property is amazing, and spacious for a large group. I booked this beautiful home for my 40th birthday for a group of 8. The host was there at the home to great us and answer any questions we had. The concierge as help with booking round-trip airport transportation from and to the Tulum airport. "From start to finish the stay at Villa de la playa was great. Communication with the host was quick and Emilio was always there if we needed anything. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days and even though it is a rocky area in front of the house, the ocean was amazing. A great area for snorkeling. There are iguanas that live in the rocks next to the pool and they come out to visit while you are sitting outside, definitely fun for the kids....

"We absolutely loved our stay at Casa de las Conchas. We have stayed at Akumal Sur before and love the little "private" beach. Even though there were high winds the week we stayed, we still enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking in the bay. The pool was wonderful and we used all of the seating areas on the beach and pool area, especially the hammocks and palapa lounges. Kim easy to contact and quick to reply. Edgar was so friendly and kept the pool area and beach area in top shape. Karin was great too....

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. We booked too late for the chef service though, so I'd inquire about that before you book, as we had to hire a driver for meals and there is nothing close, as you are remote at this location, even just to get to the beach you have to drive.
