From the start she kept in regular contact with us to offer advise and to arrange check in. She gave her personal WhatsApp to do this and was there if we had any issues at any point of the trip. On a main road so the front bedroom is a little noisy (I happened to have ear plugs which really helped!) but really comfortable beds, well appointed small kitchen and a great shower. As three sisters, we felt particularly safe in the flat."
