"The receptionist was amazing. Very nice person and accommodating. We had booked apartment late around 7pm and we called right after booking and they were ready for us. "This was going to be a much higher rated review due to the value this room had and its location to the metro, however, on our last night, someone entered our room during the day while we were gone (with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle), turned off the A/C and took the remote for the A/C.
