"Loved the room I stayed in, beautiful canal view."

"Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) I would appreciate a smart TV with modern streaming apps. 2.) The shower set up was a bit odd. The tub had a half glass door that leaked water during showers. Not a deal breaker for us and overall happy with our stay here, will definitely come back. "

"Great location close to train station etc. Guy at reception was great until we didn’t book any tours through him then he was very unhelpful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to around from there "
