"Great location, and very quiet"

"Very convenient location. A 5 minute walk to the bus stop and then 10 minutes to Venice. The train station was a 15 minute walk and there was a great supermarket just around the corner. Everything was very clean and the room also had a balcony. Would definitely stay again."

"small shower, couldn't adjust height of shower head"

A random lady who said she didn’t work there checked us in. Then; there was no towels, no toilet paper, no bin bags and no hot water! There were mouldy cups throughout the whole place, the entire hotel seemed abandoned. There was no staff on site and no staff to call, the owner is in Rome and will not help. We had to leave and pay for a...
