"We had a great stay at Rumi Rooms in Como, Italy! The hotel is located in the heart of the old-town of Como, and is a convenient walk to shopping, restaurants, and the Lake Como Ferry. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had great air conditioning! Our only complaint was that the bed was a bit too soft for us, but might not be for others. Don’t pass up the restaurant that is co-located at the property. We had a great meal there!"

"This was our first stay in Italy and the hotel & area made it even more inviting. There were many shops, food, vendors and restaurants as well as clothing, all within walkable distance. The train station was an also a close distance away making the area even more accessible. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I hope to visit again "

"A former convent that has been carefully and tastefully designed providing modern rooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The only suggestion for improvement would be to monitor housekeeping performance (e.g. ensuring lights in working order, shampoo bottle in shower refilled when empty, amenities for 2 people if a double room is selected). Location should be better described (i.e. Albino in the outskirts of Bergamo a good 10+ km away from the city centre."

"Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. (We were able to head out for when it opened, buy tickets come back and get ready... so very handy!) Also very good location for Como itself. Thanks for a...

"Gate buzzer was answered on arrival. Basic information given. First problem was the TV did not work, this was fixed. Second the plug on the kettle would not go into the socket. The management was called and he came down and with great force managed to plug the kettle in. We left it plugged in for our 3 day stay. The plug on the fridge did not fit the socket as it was not a compatible socket. The remote would not work to turn the TV off the first night. We called the hotel number on the card with...

"I knew we were booking a budget hotel, I just didn't realize how "budget" things could be. WARNING, tiny beds and no A/C, not even a room fan. What got me though is that I felt we got taken by this cash only "city tax" they collect at check in. I thought it was supposed to be 2 euro per person per night. Very friendly and helpful.espresso in the lobby daily and the rooms are equality kitchenette, refrigerator and all the comforts of home. Great shopping and restaurant around. Walkable to train station direct to Milan Centrale and also Duomo.Highly recommend!"

"Very excellent location. Near to Milan central station like 4 minutes walk. Near to Aldi grocery like 3 minutes walk. Very generous host.
