"This is a small cabin but the patio makes it feel much larger. I was in the area to hike, fish and enjoy Colorado at the end of September. The cabin was great for that. The cabin is set up thoughtfully by the owners and is very efficient with its space. I like to cook when possible, and the gas grill with a side burner (along with a microwave and toaster oven) could handle anything I needed. I highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing outdoor visit."

"The location is off the beaten path but very quiet and beautiful. My daughter had a blast at the playground. There were all different sized bikes at the playground and she found a tricycle to ride and had a blast. There is also a fenced in dog park there. My three pups had fun in the dog park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd be happy to visit again. "

"Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...

"Wow, that's my first thought after staying here and the location is just the perfect distance from Durango. Very quiet with a feel of safety and comfort. Our dog also love the fact that he could run around with Tito, so this maybe the place we decide to book all the time, so for sure this place is in my favorite's list and the owners that lived near were very friendly and welcoming so, for sure you will see us again.
