"The house is clean and well kept with a great patio and fenced in yard. The view from the patio is great. The owner was helpful and attentive. The only things i dudnt like were chec-in time, too late, and check-out time, too early. Otherwise, good experience"

"The home worked out perfectly for our group. We traveled with family our main goal was spending time together. The patio and backyard are both a perfect way to start (coffee) and end (wine) the day. Our dogs also enjoyed the large yard and the freedom to run and lounge. We cooked a lot of our meals (for 9). The kitchen had everything we needed. The drive into Durango took about 25 minutes. "We were visiting family. Location was easy to find. Secluded area at the end of the road. Stunning retreat for a relaxing country getaway. The house was fully loaded with amenities and a perfect layout for family. Very up to date with appliances and finish out. The stars at night were breathtaking. My only feedback since traveling with an almost 2-year-old and it was 90 all week midday (during naptime). The AC was not working.
