"The staff was outstanding. The room did require a little more TLC. The seeds from the palm trees were on the carpet. Medicated shampoo (blue in color) was on the shower floor, the metal door to the room was hard to open and close, it's bent at the bottom, there was trash on the patio and one of the outdoor chairs was broken. Beds were so comfortable and a/c worked very well Exterior, burned out lights along the path, hard to see in the dark going to and from the gym. Care to walkways such as sweeping off all the seeds should be done The grounds are stunning, pool area, excellent, restaurant, excellent, gym, excellent."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis! From the moment we arrived, everyone made our entire party feel welcomed and right at home. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. A very special thank you to Edwin, who truly went above and beyond for our party. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference in our stay. It's people like Edwin who turn a good vacation into a memorable one. Our whole group had a great time, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone we encountered. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout our stay.
