"Rooms were clean. Breakfast options were excellent and provided good variety for our family. Staff were extremely kind. The lobby was really warm and the setup (flow) to get breakfast was really congested. However the manager always came around to ask if she could get us anything. This staff were one of the most accommodating and hospitable Thai I’ve experienced in a long time. The flow of breakfast and the temp was a minor compared to the excellent service and other nice accommodations. "

"The property had minir issues like rust spots on the curtain and our door wouldnt close because the latch was messed up but those are very minor. Its close to shopping, food and its cheaper than staying in downtown Chicago. "
