"Horrible. Will never stay at ANY of their properties. Mold in shower, no shower gel/soap, toilet seat looked like it was shot up with a shotgun, tv didn’t work, elevators took forever to go up 5 floors, beds are concrete, pillows might have had 6 feathers in it. They should close this property."

"The website said this property was renovated in 2023. I think 1973 would be more accurate. Very very outdated and very very dirty. We left due to mold in bathroom that was so bad my husband, who has asthma, couldn't breathe. The paint is peeling, the carpet was sticky, the furniture was stained and chipped, the AC units were falling off the walls, wallpaper growing mold. It was awful. We booked the suite expecting a comfortable experience. It was a nightmare. We left early,"

"We had a wonderful stay! We were moving our daughter to the area from TN and the proximity to IKEA, Costco and Homegoods was amazing for our needs. The hotel itself was exceptional. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was even a small table we could eat our Giordano’s at when we finally arrived at the end of a long moving day. 😊 We loved the breakfast provided as well….an extensive variety of options and the muffins were fresh and bakery quality. Many options in the area but definitely choose this one. We will again!"

"My stay was good until the last 24 hours. Let me say staff was great. Mihir was so helpful and so was See, not sure if I’m spelling her name right. So, the last 24 hours I saw 4 roaches, I was itching uncontrollably and unpacked and shook all my belongings twice for fear of taking them with me. I did not sleep last night because I was fearful of them crawling on me. I will never stay here again and do not recommend. I understand people are not all clean but nothing was done for my discomfort or my mental health. My anxiety has me itching right now just thinking about it. I feel I should have been compensated for part of my stay. Roaches are nasty and can become a huge problem if not addressed. I am still fearful that one may have gotten in my luggage. I would hope that the owner would reach out and make good on this situation. Sincerely unhappy guest, Rachel"
