Front desk personnel were very helpful and super nice to deal with. Breakfast was very delicious. Hotel is clean despite being aged. There’s hot tub with indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Mariott Schaumburg has everything you need with easy access to Interstate highways.

The property is good and close to our tournament. Staff on reception very good and room ok too. However there was a wedding dominating the hotel along with loud music until 1am which wasn't good for our kids sleep.

Stay was not quite what we expected. While the room was clean and room service was very good, the surroundings were a bit strange. We heard a lot of moaning and screaming from the room next to us (404) several times throughout the night. I can only conclude that some rooms of the hotel are haunted. Considering Halloween is right around the corner, this doesn't surprise me, although it may be beneficial to do a spiritual cleansing for some areas, or something similar. It seems there are some very...active...spirits in some areas. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. Decor was fairly modern. Staff were extremely friendly.

Upgraded hotel excellent for comfort and well worth the price. Everything is well maintained. Nice scenic pond by the property. Pool and hot tub were great. Rooms are upgraded and very comfortable.

We didn't avail ourselves to any of the amenities, but the hotel property was well groomed the lobby was clean and orderly. Check in was a breeze. I don't think I spent more than 5 minutes checking in. The room was very nice, the bed firm (made for a great night's sleep). All in all, it was an excellent stay!

My partner and I stayed at this property in February and loved it so much we chose to stay again in March. The bar was a nice touch along with the restaurant on site. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful. Definitely keeping this one as a favorite.

This place was great! Great staff, great room, great pool area, great breakfast, great stay. Parking is free and there was plenty of space for us. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a hot tub. All were clean and in great condition. There weren't any pool towels when we went down so I went to the front desk and informed the man there. Towels were there within 10 minutes. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was so kind. Breakfast is not free and is pretty costly if you don't add the vouchers to your room so make sure you do that. The room was clean and modern. I called down for extra blankets and they rushed some through the laundry for us. Overall, great stay with very kind staff.

I booked through Expedia. I had no reservations listed when I got there! A pain but they did find us a room. Swimming with children that evening, it seemed to appear a homeless man, with his long pants on sleeping IN THE hot tub, He seemed to may have been under the influence of something. Children and families were a little freaked out! How did he get in there? Security??? The next morning we went for breakfast. When I booked it told me breakfast was included, not the hotel fault, Expedia's listing. They were nice enough to give us the breakfast anyways. I'm truly glad I didn't pay. it was a very nice breakfast, But ICE cold eggs, yuck, ice cold potatoes, pancakes and sausages and bacon. But the hotel was beautiful!

Beautiful place. Comfortable. But I do wish they had a time for kids to not be in the pool area without their parents. While my fiance and i were in the hot tub three young kids came over to jump in and swim. They were also splashing and no parent was there for us to ask them to stop. Other than this inconvenience because we really came for the hot tub experience…. It’s a very nice place.
