"This is a great place for the basics. The rooms are very basic and provide a safe, clean place to sleep and go back out and do the tourist thing. I had never stayed in a hotel like this before and it served our needs. They stored our bags for a price, if you needed more towels or toilet tissue they were helpful, but this is a very basic place. I did love that you could not hear the noise of Piccadilly Circus and the room was dark for sleep since there wasn't any windows. Overall it was a good stay."

"We transferred to this hotel after arriving at another hotel that was a terrible experience from the start. The Park Plaza was a breath of fresh air after that experience and I completely wish we would have known and could have booked here first. The staff was kind and welcoming from check in to departure day. Hotel is clean and beautiful and in a good location with lots of modern amenities. I am also very appreciative of the hotel’s focus on being eco conscious. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

The check in process wasn't clear (we had to call to verify which room we were staying in), but that was easily handled with a quick call to customer service. Loved the neighborhood which was quiet and clean and safe. The walk to the closest metro took about ten to fifteen minutes which was easy."
