For concierge team member has been great helping hand towards customers and excellent extra mile service especially Daniel when I needed his help for best directions route he explained clearly and advise best option from his recommendation. I do really like his service towards my stay. I might not able to thank him for his service when my check-out date as I think he work in afternoon shift. For improvement breakfast section I think have to improve on like live station for breakfast. Most of the days is the same foods. Overall very nice to stay and great view harbour bridge. Thank you for everything has impressed my staycation journey. "
